    Ayon kay Dok Zeus Salazar, "Ang mga akademiko, mangyari pa, ay aral sa Ingles at mga teoryang Anglo-Amerikano (hal. post-istrukturalismo at postkolonyalismo o pos-pos) at Kanluranin; samatuwid ang kanilang kausap at katalastasan ay yaon ding nagturo sa kanila (o pinaghanguan nila) ng mga teoryang nabanggit, kung kaya't ang hangarin nila ay mailathala sa mga lathalain ng kanilang mga maestro sa Ingles. Yung mga balikbayan o hindi na magbabalik sa bayan ay kadalasan nakatira rin sa mga bansang Ingles ang wika."

        Africa is especially exposed to drought, severe flooding and wildfires, the report says. “Many countries there are particularly vulnerable to even relatively low exposure to climate events,” said Charlie Beldon, co-author of the study.
